1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized channels.
• Reservations are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notice.
• Accurate pickup details must be provided by the client.

2. Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and approved payment methods.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details regarding cancellations, refunds, and no-shows.

4. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers.
• No illegal activities are permitted in the vehicle.
• Smoking, drug use, or excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited.
• Damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges.

5. Vehicle Use & Safety

• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if safety is at risk.
• Child safety seats must be requested in advance if needed.

6. Delays & Liability

DBD Luxury Ride is not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Flight delays or airline issues
• Road closures or unforeseen events

7. Lost & Found

• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
• If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it.
• Delivery fees may apply for returned items.

8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

• Violates these terms
• Poses a safety risk
• Engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior

9. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
