- Passengers must provide accurate pickup addresses, destinations, contact information, passenger counts, and flight details when applicable.
- Flight numbers should be supplied for airport pickups whenever available.
- Changes to reservations should be requested as early as possible.
- Special requests are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
2. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is based on the reservation information supplied at the time of booking, including the pickup location, destination, vehicle type, date, time, passenger count, and requested services.
- Major credit cards and approved payment methods are accepted.
- Airport fees, tolls, parking fees, and regulatory charges may apply.
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, itinerary changes, extended waiting time, or services not included in the original reservation.
- Passengers may be charged for excessive cleaning or vehicle damage caused during transportation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must wear seat belts whenever the vehicle is moving.
- Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs respectfully.
- Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, unlawful conduct, and dangerous behavior are prohibited inside all vehicles.
- Children requiring an appropriate safety seat should be disclosed during booking.
- Passengers are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused during transportation.
5. Vehicle Safety and Capacity
Passenger safety is a priority on every DBD Luxury Ride reservation.
- Chauffeurs may refuse or discontinue service when passenger conduct creates a safety concern.
- Vehicle occupancy and luggage limits must be observed.
- Passengers should follow reasonable chauffeur instructions relating to safety and lawful vehicle operation.
- Prohibited, dangerous, or illegal materials may not be transported.
6. Flight Monitoring and Airport Transportation
For airport transportation, DBD Luxury Ride monitors commercial airline arrivals when accurate flight information is provided during booking.
Flight monitoring may help us respond to:
- Early arrivals
- Delayed flights
- Airline schedule changes
- Gate or terminal changes when available
Flight tracking helps support timely airport pickups. However, airport, airline, customs, security, and government operations remain outside the control of DBD Luxury Ride.
7. Delays and Limitation of Liability
Although reasonable efforts are made to provide punctual transportation, DBD Luxury Ride is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

- Road closures or construction
- Severe weather conditions
- Airport congestion or operational restrictions
- TSA, customs, or immigration delays
- Airline cancellations or schedule changes
- Government restrictions or public emergencies
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen events
8. Lost and Found
- Passengers should verify that all personal belongings have been removed before leaving the vehicle.
- If an item is found, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the passenger and arrange its return.
- Shipping, mileage, or delivery charges may apply.
- DBD Luxury Ride is not responsible for personal property left unattended inside a vehicle.
9. Refusal or Termination of Service
DBD Luxury Ride may refuse or discontinue transportation services when a passenger:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Threatens the chauffeur, passengers, or public safety.
- Engages in abusive, violent, disruptive, or unlawful conduct.
- Attempts to transport illegal or dangerous materials.
- Exceeds the safe passenger or luggage capacity of the reserved vehicle.
10. Privacy and Customer Information
Information collected during the booking process may be used to provide transportation, process payments, communicate reservation details, support customers, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
