Cancellation & Refund Policy

DBD Luxury Ride is committed to providing reliable, high-quality chauffeur services. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:

  • 24 Hours or More Notice: Full refund will be issued with no cancellation fee.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee may apply, up to 100% of the booking total.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be issued.

2. No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” is defined as failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location within the allotted waiting time.

  • All no-shows are non-refundable.
  • The full fare will be charged.

3. Airport Pickup Waiting Time

  • Domestic Flights: 30 minutes complimentary wait time
  • International Flights: 60 minutes complimentary wait time
  • After the complimentary period, additional waiting charges may apply.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Eligible cancellations (based on timing)
  • Service failure caused directly by DBD Luxury Ride

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to process.

5. Service Delays & Liability

DBD Luxury Ride is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Flight delays or airline issues
  • Road closures or unforeseen events

6. Changes to Reservations

Clients may request modifications to their booking:

  • Changes are subject to availability
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the request
